About the Role:

As an Assistant Product Designer, you will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team including product managers, engineers, and senior designers. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and experiences that align with Paytm Travel’s vision and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design execution from concept to delivery with a focus on function and aesthetics.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and improve designs.
• Create prototypes and wireframes to communicate ideas and gather feedback.
• Contribute to and help evolve Paytm’s design system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-aligned design solutions.
• Participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and iterate to improve UX.
• Continuously learn and share knowledge on the latest design trends and tools.

Key Technical Skills:

Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Vercel, AI-powered prototyping tools, UX Design, UI Design, Wireframing, Prototyping

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field

Professional Experience:

• 4 to 6 years of experience in product design
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and successful outcomes

Core Competencies:

• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles
• Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Vercel
• Ability to simplify complex problems into elegant, user-friendly designs
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with iterative feedback
• Strong collaboration skills across design, engineering, and product teams
